There are 2 types of compensation:
Item Change – It is possible to make the change with the same item for defects, if available.
Refund – The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the Crawatt headquarters and the item will be verified. For orders paid by credit card the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days, and it will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly, depending on the bank circuit of the credit card used. The refund will be issued in the same currency of the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to fluctuation of the exchange rate cannot be refunded.
In such cases, you are obliged to send an email to the address email@example.com with the subject “Return and order number” within 14 days from the day following the date on which the products were delivered to you. In The mail you must indicate the number of the order and the reason for the return. You also have to choose the option between product change and refund. As soon as the email is received, the Crawatt team will evaluate the return and contact the User by sending the return confirmation Document to the email address indicated in the purchase procedure. The costs for the restitution of the products will be at the exclusive expense and risk of the User, in particular, we invite you: (i) to adequately ensure the products you intend to return; (ii) To take all necessary measures for the custody of the products. ALL refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days after receipt of the returned products and after verification of their integrity. The User is responsible for decreasing the value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the asset other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
